Options for ticket holders:

Credit for a future show: We would be happy to apply your purchase to tickets for an upcoming show. 

Donate your ticket: As a nonprofit, Journey programming is funded largely on income from its events. Please consider donating your ticket purchase to continue to keep opportunities like this available for kids and families.

Refund: In light of these unique circumstances, we are temporarily suspending our standing “no refund” policy. Requests for refunds must be made within 90 days of the cancelled performance. Due to volume of emails and for very real financial considerations, please allow for up to 90 days for us to process any refunds.

“Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek….” And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short-tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you’ve got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there’s one on hand… and his name is Shrek.
