We seat groups according to ages/grades – youngest to oldest front to back. We do honor requests for special accommodations – as long as they are indicated on the reservation request.
You will be escorted to your assigned seats when you arrive at the venue.
All payments made for school day tickets are non-refundable. Adjustments to the number of tickets must be made before the final payment date (three weeks prior to the performance).
A 20% deposit is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Changes to ticket numbers are permitted up until your final payment, due three weeks prior to the performance. No changes will be allowed past this due date.
If you have not paid your deposit 30 days after the invoice date, your tickets may be released and given to a school on our waitlist. If you need more time to pay your deposit, we are happy to work with you. Please contact us at office@journeytheater.org.
If you are unable to attend after the three week due date, your school will still be responsible for the amount due since we will not have adequate time to re-book the cancelled tickets and those seats will go unused. Thanks for understanding.
