Led by Beka Hardt and Melissa Bareford, this workshop is tailored specifically to meet your needs. You’ll delve into the intricacies of stage management and crew leadership, gaining a deep understanding of the expectations and responsibilities that come with the job. From assisting at rehearsals to managing the deck and calling cues, you’ll learn the art of orchestrating a seamless production.

But it doesn’t stop there. We’ll also focus on your development as a leader—how to effectively collaborate with directors, inspire fellow crew members, and navigate the unique dynamics of working with parents and fellow students.
